Over the years, we have seen the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble and others carry themselves in the most simple and gentlemanly fashion. However, the trend has changed now.
Sportspersons often keep influencing the common people by their hairstyles, body language and sometimes tattoos. This trend is so common and keeps circulating around the ring. These days, though it began with the gait of Azharuddin and varying hairstyles of MS Dhoni, now it is best said as skipper Virat Kohli’s tattoos.
Indian cricket team itself is a fashion phenomenon. With Shikhar Dhawan’s stud mustache and Jadeja’s altering beard fit, no Indian player is less in such aspects. And the latest is Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya. He is a fashion freak and trends always every time he posts a new look.
On the occasion of Holi, the Indian team took to Facebook regarding the plans and how to celebrate the festival together. It was former Indian skipper MS Dhoni, who first shared his wishes to fans and supporters. India is celebrating the color of festival and cricketers seems to be excited about it.
Virat and Dhoni won’t play cricket for next 4-5 weeks as they are enjoying a break from their hectic schedule. Meanwhile, they already started having fun on social media. Along with Dhoni and Virat, there are a few cricketers who are eager to celebrate Holi.
MS Dhoni took to Facebook and posted, “Happy Holi guys. Only Blue and Yellow colors for me please.”
Ashish Nehra was quick to comment and even complained about Sachin Tendulkar that ‘he didn’t remove his helmet and we couldn’t play Holi.’
Check out how Sachin reacted to Nehra’s complaint:
Hardik Pandya commented asking his teammates to suggest new hair color on Holi.
Dhoni was even quick to give a reply to Hardik and he reminded him that it’s Holi festival and not Diwali to change colors like LED lights.
