The Joint Seat Allocation Authority also known as JoSAA is an agency established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate the admission to 92 tertiary institutes administered by the national government of India. The agency was established by the ministry in 2016 to manage the allocation of seats for admission to 92 Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT), National Institutes of Technology (NIT), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT) and Government Funded Technical Institutes. Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has organized JoSAA examination for aspirants seeking to get admissions in Polytechnic courses in the state of Uttar Pradesh. JoSAA has conducted the Entrance examination in the month of April. This examination organized in many places across the Uttar Pradesh state. The students can check results from the official website.
