Ice Cream 2 is a 2014 Telugu horror film written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma. It is the first Indian movie to be filmed with Flow cam System Technology and was released on 21st November, 2014.  The film deals with a protagonist that is obsessed with eating ice cream and suffers from a nightmare disorder. Upon release, the film became an disaster at the box office.

Ice Cream 2  {Telugu} Movie Review:

Ice cream do not have Stars, fights ,songs, comedy , it has only one location and two characters but ice cream receives great success why because somebody told , this is because of name used as RGV. But RGV told this is not the reason, everyone likes the publicity of ice cream movie, they did not like for stay a 2 movie, there is no production values required to bring audience into theatres, only one interesting idea is well enough, to get idea no need to spend not even one penny. Finally RGV told if someone has good idea, and he can able to convince others with that idea, then without spending a rupee movie will complete.

Story line:

Story, performance, taking, sound, camera, music all part of a movie. To achieve these it requires actors, technicians, different kind of equipment. Most of the budget would be given to actors and technicians. Ram gopal Varma asked every actor and technician about this movie, how confident they are about this script, if movie is good enough to achieve success. Everyone told they are very confident about movie. Again RGV asked them if movie is hit then only, he give payment to all. He left the people who ever not accepted; he found and kept the people who accept this rule for ice cream movie.

If movie is hit then their work is good otherwise fail, movie fails then money goes to their pocket, who ever people beloved them like producers, distributors gets loss of  money, to avoid this , RGV introduced new process called thought process. Lights, track trolleys, jimmy jib, study cams are not there in ice cream movie. 70% of movie pictorized using device called gimbal, this is cheapest equipment, that’s why visuals in ice cream visuals looks new. Movie pictorized using flow cam technology that’s why movie unit members almost reduced to 90%. While shooting everyone brings their lunch boxes, breakfast they used to finish at their home  itself. Navdeep and tejaswini wears their own dresses.

Whatever budget spent for ice cream mainly paid to  house rent, tea, and coffe. House owner is not part of the team that’s they paid for him. After seeing ice cream movie, house owner wants to become part of ice cream 2.

Ice cream movie budget is just 2lakhs, 11 thousand, 8hundred and 32 rupees.  If current film industry tries to understand the preparation of ice-cream then definitely new film industry would be born. Why because movie industry economics are always depends on how to attract audience, how to show that in big screen. Sometimes 10crores movie also gets bore at the same time 1crore movie would be interesting. Many flop movies telling the same.
