Chiyaan Vikram is back after a year with the Sketch movie. The movie released today i.e; 12th Jan 2017. The actor’s last release in Tamil was the tepid Iru Mugan. Tamannaah played the female lead role. Soori, Vishwanath and R. K. Suresh played the supporting roles. The film is said to have a strong love story despite being a commercial potboiler.

The film presents Vada Chennai (North Chennai), which is otherwise shown rural and rustic in films, in a more sophisticated manner.

Sketch Review:

The movie is full on commercial entertainer with Vikram’s mass performance. Dierctor used similar screenplay and direction in the first half. Tammanah had no important role and limited to songs. Climax and interval sequences are major highlights of the film. Thaman’s BGM is good.
