Bored Truck Driver With Coronavirus Plays Cards With Friends And Neighbors, Ends Up Infecting 24 Of Them

Despite constant reminders from the government that people should be practicing social distancing measures, people can’t follow simple instructions.

A man from India did the same thing when he was out of a job.

A bored truck driver that wanted to kill time by playing cards with his friends and neighbors ended up infecting 24 in his locality.

The incident happened in the locality of Vijayawada city in Andhra Pradesh, Krishna district, India.

The news was confirmed by Collector A Md Imtiaz on Saturday.

Krishna Lanka, the truck driver, was extremely bored and ended up playing cards with his friend and neighbors.

As a result of his carelessness, the virus managed to spread to 24 other people.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has infected over 24,600 people in India despite the strict measures of the government to contain the virus and from stopping it to spread to other people.

So far the virus has killed 826 people in the country and only 6,005 people have recovered from it.

As of writing this, there are 19,635 active cases in the entire country.

India went in lockdown last month, which is the largest lockdown in the entire history of planet earth.

There are over 1.3 billion residents in India, which makes the country one of the most prone to the virus.
