Take a look at the status of your order

After successfully placing an order through our application or website you may think about where your package is right now.

  1. Click at “Your Account” that is located at the top corner in Amazon.in
  2. After clicking “Your Account” you will see “Your Orders”, in order to see your orders you have to click it and you will see your orders and its order details.

Here are 5 delivery statuses that will help you locate your order:

Not yet Shipped:

This simply means that your order is still under process and is getting prepared to get shipped. One thing you can do is see the estimated delivery date for your product. But remember that the estimated date is only based on the availability of the products that you have ordered and the delivery option that you have chosen upon confirming your order.

Shipping soon:

This simply means that your order is getting prepared and will be shipped within the next 24 hours, once your order has reached this state you cannot make any changes to your orders.

Dispatched:

This simply means that the order has been sent and a date has been given to you. The expected delivery date can be seen in your account.

Out for Delivery:

This simply means that your order is ready for delivery and hopefully it should be delivered on the same day that you will receive a message.

Delivered:

This simply means that your order has been delivered to the address that you used while placing an order in our application or website. If ever you did not receive the package personally make sure you check it out with your family members, friends, any person inside your residential address, your colleagues if it’s an office.

In case the estimated delivery date has passed away and you did not receive your package, please do contact Amazon through contact us, they are the ones who can help you with tracking your order and will hopefully tell you the exact reason why the package has been delayed.

Can’t find your order?

Sometimes you would not find your order in your account, the most common reason for this is that you possibly did not complete the checkout out process correctly.

Here is what you should do:

Make sure you check your cart first, sometimes your items are still there and have not been checked out yet, and the Cart button is placed on the top right corner of Amazon’s website and application. If the products are still there please proceed to checkout and purchase them so the process would start.

In case you cannot find your product inside your Cart or account, one reason can be that you may have placed the order by using an account that uses a different e-mail address.
