Sainik School Society successfully conducted All India Sainik School Entrance Examination 2018 on 7th January. Sainik School AISSEE Answer Key 2018:

The Sainik Schools are a system of schools in India established and managed by the Sainik Schools Society under Ministry of Defence. They were conceived in 1961 by V. K. Krishna Menon, the then Defence Minister of India, to rectify the regional and class imbalance amongst the Officer cadre of the Indian Military, and to prepare students for entry into the National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, Pune and Indian Naval Academy. Today there are 26 such schools covering all the states of the country.

The schools come under the purview of respective state governments and Ministry of Defence, and in his Union Budget of 2008, Finance minister, P Chidambaram, allocated Rs 2 crore to each of the 25 Sainik schools, to counter rising attrition in the defence forces, especially at the officer level.

It conducts various examinations for the admissions into schools. This year it has released notification and the candidates who had appeared for the exam can check the results from the official website.

Sainik School Entrance Exam Cutoff Marks:

The cutoff marks for the AISSEE 2018 depends on the total number of candidates appeared for the exam, difficulty level of the paper etc. We will update Sainik school entrance exam answer key here. The paper for Class VI will have 125 questions which will carry 300 marks. Out of which Maths is for 50 questions, GK 25 questions, Language 25 questions, Intelligence 25 questions etc. Class IX paper will have 400 marks in which there are Maths 50 questions, Intelligence 25 questions, English 25 questions, General Science 25 questions, Social studies 25 questions etc.
