Rajasthan Jail Prahari Application Form 2018: Registration Starting Today
Rajasthan Jail Prahari Application Form 2018 to be commenced today. A notification on 20th July disclosed, stating that there are 670 vacant posts of Jail Warder for which, registration procedure will begin on 26th July. Now, the day has come and very soon, the registration procedure will be flagged off. All the applications must be submitted before 16th August (last date). When the exam will be held has not been clarified yet but, expected in September or October (as given in the notification).

Candidates can fill their forms using the online portal of the department or, can be submitted using the E-Mitra Kiosk. Applicants can visit the official portal of the Sardar Patel University of Police, Security and Criminal Justice that is www.jailprahariraj2018.in. Physically filled/ hard copy of forms will not be accepted in any condition.
After filling out the application form, an application ID will be generated and provided to the candidate. If a candidate does not get any such number, then the form has not been accepted. Applicants should keep this application number safe for all the future preferences like downloading of admit card, result analysis etc.
Contestants must fill only one application form as the first form will only be accepted. Name and age of a candidate will be verified on the basis of details available on the 10th class passing certificate.
Application Fee:
- Unreserved category and reserved category candidates of other states need to pay Rs. 500/-.
- SC/ ST candidates of Rajasthan state have to pay Rs. 400/-.
Rajasthan Police Jail Prahari Eligibility Criteria 2018
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidate must have passed 10th or secondary or any other equivalent examination from any of the recognised boards.
- Must have knowledge of Devanagri Script and Rajasthan Language.
- Applicant must be perfectly acquainted with the Rajasthani Culture.
Age Limit:
Candidate must be of 18 years as on 1st January 2019 and must not exceed the age of 26 years.
As per the selection procedure, a written examination will be held first and then, the Physical Efficiency Test. These both will comprise of 500 marks (400 and 100 respectively). The written examination will completely be objective type and will be of two hours duration.
