Housing.com CEO, Controversy Courting Rahul Yadav to Give Up All His Stock

Chief executive officer of online property web portal Housing.com Rahul Yadav leaves employees of his company, investors and people across the nation with his news making statements yet again at a company town hall meeting at Mumbai’s Renaissance Hotel. During the meeting of the company Housing.com in Mumbai CEO Rahul Yadav stormed the everyone pronouncing sales of  all his Housing.com stock which are worth of Rs.150-200 crore to the company’s 2,000 plus employees which also includes support staff . Although there hasn’t been passed any approval passed to the Housing.com CEO Rahul Yadav’s proposal of selling his whole shares by the board of Housing.com Locon Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Approval of Housing.com CEO proposal is certainly going to make Rahul Yadav hero of the startup firms across the globe for exercising this feat. Currently the board of the Housing.com is represented by the Nexus Venture Partners’ Suvir Sujan, SoftBank Group’s Jonathan Bullock, and two representatives from Helion Venture Partners while the company has a very small employee stock option pool—under 50 employees. On being asked about the current standing of the board over Rahul Yadav’s proclamation Helion Ventures didn’t respond to the while the SoftBank failed to comment over it. Mr.Yadav who announced his resignation from the current designation of him in a meeting last week in ostensible stratagem to turn away differing investors of his firm to his will.

A series of the controversial events have been taking place around Rahul Yadav, who had resigned and then withdrew his resignation last week during a cipiorate meeting of the firm where he claimed that the he isn’t worried of the money while he is concerned of 2,251 employees of Housing.com. Mr. Yadav said “It (real estate) is a hard problem to solve and that is what motivates me and I will work to solve that problem. It is written in my stars that I will make a lot of money in life, and that I will” who had bought a Porsche Cayenne recently. “I’m just 26 and it’s too early in life to get serious about money, etc” he further added.

When being asked about the reason which had made him to resign from Housin.com then he responsed as “It was the simplest way to get things done.” Reportedly it has come to our knowledge that  Housing.com CEO Rahul has relinquished his roadmap for the upcoming  five years during which he would be expanding his Housing’s operations to over 40 developing markets recruiting 10 chief executive officers, 40 CXOs, 100 vice-presidents, and close to 400 associate vice-presidents.

Yadav shared his foresightedness of the company Housing.com as “People say no skin in the game, no skin in the game. These are young people who have no skin in the game. I am going to change that. And that’s why I am giving all my stake to the 2,000 people in this company. It is about the vision. Not stake. And my vision is to take this company to $10 billion. And I can do that. Even if I have no stake. I dream of making Housing.com the world’s largest company, the most loved brand, and the enterprise with the biggest social media impact.”

During the company’s board meeting at Mumbai’s Renaissance Hotel two initiatives have been announced by the company chief Rahul Yadav and they are Housing 1.0 and Housing Group 1.0 on which company will work on. The both the newly launched initiatives of Housing.com would be proving helpful for the people who are looking ahead to create a new space for their living. Housing 1.0 would be assisting users to locate all aspects of the prospects of the realtor’s need such as finding services of interior designing etc. and on the other hand Housing Group 1.0 compassing 10 brands in the domain of the company’s services.
