Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: A 103-year-old man has recovered from the coronavirus and was discharged from a hospital in a good condition.

103-year-old Pareed, who is a native of Aluva, was admitted at the Kalamassery Medical College in Ernakulam after he tested positive for the coronavirus.
He was discharged after recovering.
The staff of the hospital gave him flowers and well-wishes when he was leaving the hospital.
Pareed defeated the virus 20 days after he was diagnosed with it.
On July 28, 2020, he went through a coronavirus test after complaining of high fever and body aches.
After being confirmed positive for coronavirus, he was transferred to the Kalamassery Medical College.
There were no serious symptoms.
A special team was formed at the hospital to treat Pareed because of his old age.
Amina, his wife, and son were also discharged from the hospital after recovering from the deadly disease.
The best thing about this is that this is not the first time someone at this age has recovered from the coronavirus in India.
Recently, Asma Beevi, a 105-year-old native of Anchal, who was admitted at the Paripally Medical College in Kollam, was discharged after she recovered from the deadly disease.
A couple, who are at 93 and 88, recovered from the disease after receiving treatment from the Kottayam Medical College.
