Police Report: On Wednesday, a woman from New Delhi filed a complaint against Mohinder Goyal, an MLA from the AAP (Aam Aadmi Party) and said that she was raped by the MLA 2 years ago.

The police have registered a rape case against AAP MLA Mohinder Goyal.

The woman is said to be in her early 40’s and claimed the MLA Mohinder Goyal raped her 2 years ago, she added that they both knew each other.

The case was registered at the Prashant Vihar Police Station, the case will be handled by an investigating officer from the crime against women cell.

Kuljeet Chahal, BJP General Secretary of Delhi tweeted about this and said that an FIR has been registered on the basis of a complaint from a woman against AAP MLA Mohinder Goyal.
