A 16-year-old boy was stabbed by his friend after they got into an altercation over Rs.3000 in Barwala Village which is located in the outer northern part of Delhi. The incident happened on Friday night.

The minor and his friend were in an engagement party when the incident happened, the friend also sustained injuries from the altercation.

DCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police) of outer north, Gaurav Sharma said that as the 16-year-old and his friend were returning from the part, both of them had an argument over making the Rs. 3000 to Rs. 4000.

The 16-year-old boy was brought to the nearest hospital, he was declared as dead upon arrival by the doctors. DCP Gaurav added that the friend is currently in a stable condition.

DCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police), Gaurav Sharma said Amit, the accused in the crime and a juvenile has been arrested by the police.
