Staff Selection Commission conducted the written examination for LDC & DEO vacancies for 1006 and 991 posts respectively. Large number of candidates appeared for the examination in various centers across India. Aspirants who have qualified in the Lower Division Clerk and Data Entry operators (LDC & DEO) under various departments are waiting for the skill/typing test admit cards. SSC has uploaded the Duplicate admit cards for the candidates who have qualified in the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination, 2015. SSC CHSL Typing/Skill Test 2015 :
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an GOVT OF INDIA organisation to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices. The Estimates Committee in the Parliament recommended the setting up of a Service Selection Commission in its 47th report(1967–68) for conducting examinations for recruitment to lower categories of posts. Later, in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, On 4 November 1975 Government of India constituted a Commission called the Subordinate Services Commission. On 26 September 1977, Subordinate Services Commission renamed into Staff Selection Commission.
Every year SSC conducts various examinations to recruit the eligible candidates in various departments. This year SSC CHSL conducted the examination for LDC/DEO as there are 1006 and 991 vacancies. The examination is conducted in two stages. SSC released the CHSL descriptive exam result on 16th July 2015. The candidates who are eligible in the first round are eligible for the further rounds. The first round was held on 2nd, 9th & 16th November 2014 and the re-exam was conducted on 15th February 2015. The result was declared on 17 April 2015 & marks were released on 24.04.2015.
The SSC conducted the Paper -2 examination who have qualified in the first round on 10.05.2015 at various centers across the nation. A total of 36,845 candidates appeared in the descriptive examination.
Candidates who cracked the same will undergo a typing and/or skill test. A total of 6728 aspirants have qualified for skill test & 10634 for typing test.
All the candidates who are eligible for Typing/Skill Test should download their admit cards as it is the basic requirement for the candidates to write the examination and can be downloaded for Central, North & Eastern Region. All the details like examination center, Roll number will be present on the admit card and it is mandatory for the students who are appearing for the exam.

How to download SSC CHSL Typing/Skill Test 2015 Admit Card ?
- Candidates should logon to the official websites according to the region or the links provided below.
- A page of SSC CHSL will be displayed.
- Candidates should enter the Hall ticket number, Date of Birth and other details in the provided field.
- Click on submit button.
- SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) admit card for LDC and DEO will be appeared on the screen.
- Download and take a printout and carry to the exam center.
