Tweeple Went Thrashing Amitabh Bachchan For Sharing A ‘Pink Movie Crew’ Picture That Has No Female Cast

Movie Pink has certainly raised the bars of film-making both in terms of storyline and women empowerment. The latter was the primary motive of the movie which questioned the existing opinions of people on women security and rights. For all good reasons, the movie was very well received by people and critics.

Now after more than a year of its advent into theaters, lead actor Amitabh Bachchan has once again spoken about the movie, but, this time on Twitter. As the movie completed its one year, he shared an image of the team on his Twitter handle, somehow he chose a wrong image (as per netizens).

Amitabh is facing the same kind of flak he did when Pink released as male faces championing the cause of females while women themselves are absent from the picture.

In the picture, only male artists are seen and it is quoted as national award winners altogether. People on the Internet didn’t take this lightly, they went thrashing the senior actor for being so much biased. They questioned Bachchan for sharing a picture related to the feminist centered movie in which no woman is actually acknowledged.

Amitabh quoted the image, “T 2549 – The team of ‘PINK’ .. all in one frame .. and .. ALL, independent, individual .. NATIONAL AWARD WINNERS !!”

And this is where the spree of the outburst was triggered, Twitterati couldn’t stop criticizing the actor for this deed, check out their reactions below:
