Anushka Sharma’s ‘Pari’ Movie Teaser Leaves Twitter Terrified, They Are Turning Into Hilarious Virat Kohli Memes

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma recently got married to Indian Cricket Team Skipper Virat Kohli. There was one thing that had taken over all our timelines over the last few weeks and it is Virushka’s marriage.  Both tied the knot in a private ceremony with family and a few friends in attendance in Tuscany, Italy.

Soon after the wedding fewer, both the celebrities got back to their respective works as Virat Kohli-led Indian team is playing Test series against South Africa and Anushka Sharma is busy in shooting Zero and few other projects.

Meanwhile, the actress’ upcoming movie ‘Pari’ first look was unveiled and it was outstanding in which Anushka was seen in never before seen avatar. Nothing could prepare us for the spine-tingling chill that the teaser gave us, as Anushka Sharma’s impassive face develops bloody scars and transforms into a scary mess.

Apart from acting, she is also one of the co-producers of the film.

When it comes to her own home productions, Anushka Sharma has to be appreciated for trying to push the envelope with each movie. Her first production, NH-10, was a gritty, revenge fare that stunned you with its brutality. The movie earned critical acclaim and was also a decent success.

Her second production, Phillauri, didn’t wow either the critics or the masses like NH 10, but was still different from what we usually see in Bollywood. Now we have Pari, whose teaser that landed a few hours back scared the living daylights out of us.

With Anushka trending thanks to the looks of Pari, Twitter had a lot to say about it. While most were impressed, some had wisecracks as well. And, of course, they involved Virat Kohli. The poster, however, was soon turned into a meme game by Virushka fans and the results were absolutely hilarious.

Pari is directed by debutante Prosit Roy. It also features Parambrata Chatterjee, Rajat Kapoor, and Ritabhari Chakraborty. Pari is Anushka Sharma’s first film, post her marriage to Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, will release on Holi, March 2.
