Bollywood actress Disha Patani is one of the ravishing divas in the industry. She had had already earned a fair number of fans with her single direct Bollywood movie ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’. She also played a lead role in ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. From her looks to her acting, she is at her best.
Now, she will be seen opposite rumored boyfriend Tiger Shroff in Baaghi 2. While several reports suggest that Disha’s tantrums are the reason why she’s not getting any movies, the actress has now proved how dedicated she is towards her career.
The recent buzz is that the actress doesn’t mind going bald on the silver screen. She had a condition regarding this matter and she does it only if she feels that it will ‘benefit the narrative’ of the project.
When asked if she would be willing to shave her head if her character requires her to do so, Disha told, “To think of it, my decision will be based on how passionate I am about the script. If I strongly feel it will benefit the narrative, I will go ahead with it.”
Talking about why actresses are not so fond of experimenting with hair looks, Disha said, “Most actresses have multiple commitments, from films to endorsements, that require us to maintain a particular look over a long period. Hence, there is never an opportunity to experiment with hair so we just settle for a neutral look that we can work with across projects.”
Disha doesn’t have to go bald as the technology improvised, there are many ways to portray the bald on the screen like Anushka Sharma’s character in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil where she went bald at the end of the movie as she was diagnosed with cancer.
Bollywood has its way to make you look bald on-screen. But the good part is Disha’s dedication towards her work. Though she has done only one movie, the beautiful lady has a huge fan following.
Disha, the ambassador of Garnier Color Naturals, also says that as an actor, her hair gets exposed to various chemicals and serums, so it is more important to take care of it on a regular basis. Disha further shared that in her opinion, coloring one’s hair is the best way to get a new look.
“I apply oil to my hair regularly as it not only makes them stronger but also nourishes them from within. Since childhood, my mother made sure I oiled my hair and conditioned them properly every week. I still follow that regimen. Plus, I have naturally good quality hair,” added Disha.
On the work front, Disha will soon be seen opposite her rumored boyfriend Tiger Shroff, in director Sabbir Khan’s Baaghi 2.
