Harbhajan Singh Shows Off His Dancing Skills With SRK At Virat-Anushka Reception

After tying the wedding knot in a close-knit ceremony on December 11 in Italy, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma kicked off the second leg of the celebrations by throwing a grand wedding reception for friends and relatives in New Delhi on Thursday. The reception was held at the Taj Palace.

The glitzy affair saw high-profile personalities from many walks of life, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, along with cricketers Shikhar Dhawan and Suresh Raina descend on the venue to celebrate the occasion.

The newlyweds were in all traditional attire, dressed in Sabyasachi creations and were totally complementing each other. While Virat looked completely royal in the black bandhgala and white churidar, Anushka stepped out in a red Benarasi sari styled with a diamond choker and jhumkas.

Interestingly, a special stage was designed for the couple, both aged 29, with candles burning inside crystal fixtures. The couple then got off the stage and joined the guests. The couple, surrounded by a lot many guests as compared to their wedding in Italy, were seen setting the dance floor on fire as Punjabi singer Gurdas Maan set the mood on stage.

Though fans have seen their favorite couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma dancing together before at the wedding receptions of Zaheer Khan – Sagarika Ghatge and Yuvraj Singha – Hazel Keech, but on this occasion the couple were the center of attraction from all angles and they surely didn’t shy away from adding chaar-Chaand to the party with their moves.

While all this was going on one side, it is Harbhajan Singh’s dance with SRK that became the showstopper at the event. Bhajji on Friday took to Twitter to post a video of him and Shah Rukh Khan with Virat Kohli in the background setting the dance floor on fire.

At the reception, among the attendees also included people from the sports world and was represented by Chief selector Sandeep Patil, Saina Nehwal, Jadeja, MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Virender Sehwag, Sunil Gavaskar, Sachin Tendulkar, Hardik Pandya, Zaheer Khan, Jaydev Unadkat, Cheteshwar Pujara, Umesh Yadav and many more.
