Janhvi Kapoor Says She Is Superstitious And “Old Fashioned”

Janhvi Kapoor, who is set to play a role in Roohi Afza, a movie that is written by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and Gautam Mehra, directed by Hardik Mehta, and is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Lamba under the Maddock Films, called herself as Superstitious and “Old Fashioned” during an interview, and this is why.

During an interview at the Grazia Millennial Awards, Janhvi was asked about Roohi Afza, her upcoming movie, she said, “The shooting of the film has been going on really well. Whether you call me superstitious or old-fashioned, I feel if you talk more about your film, it will catch the evil’s eye. So, I will not speak much about the film. I feel fortunate to be part of this film and to be working with people who are involved in the film.”

In the first weeks of June, Janhvi shared a post on one of her social media account and said that she is about to start her journey in Roohi Afza.

Janhvi Kapoor made her debut in a Hindi movie with Dhadak, she was only 21-years-old when the movie got released.

During the interview, Janvhi was also asked about how she started to work at a young age, she said, “I am looking forward to growing old. Actually everyone says I am mentally very young and I am still stuck at 10. So, I think I should grow up now a little bit.”

Roohi Afza will also star Rajkummar Rao, it is expected to hit the theaters in India on March 20, 2020.
