Shobha, a TV actress, that is popular for her role in Magalu Janaki, a Kannada TV Series, passed away on July 17, 2019, she was involved in a car accident.
Reports suggest that the actress was involved in a car-truck accident on Wednesday, the accident happened on National Highway 4, on the outskirts of Chitradurga.
5 people died in the accident, and 3 people, which includes 2 kids, sustained life-threatening injuries.
30-year-old Pavitra, 2-year-old Arthat, 7-year-old Shreshtha, are currently fighting for their lives at a government-run hospital in Chitradurga.
Shobha was on her way to the Banashankari Temple in Badami Taluk in Bagalkot District with her family when the accident happened.
Shobha was working in a TV series called Magalu Janakki, she was known for her role as Mangala in the TV series.
The TN Seetharam, which runs the TV show, released a statement about the death of Shobha, they said, “Ever smiling and highly talented actress Shobha, who was doing the role of Mangala, is no more. I am shocked over the tragedy and expressing my condolence to her family.”
Shobha also worked in Kanmani, a TV show in Kannada.
