Madonna Takes Ice Bath And Drinks Her Own Urine After Show In Instagram Video
In a clip that was shared on the Instagram page of Madonna, she could be seen taking an ice bath and drinking a cup of her own urine.
Madonna, who is now 61-years-old, is currently on her Madame X Tour, where she documented her 3 am ritual for fans.
Madonna wrote alongside the clip she posted, “Shall we start an ice bath challenge? 41 degrees. Best treatment for injuries.”
Ahlamalik Williams, a performer, was also seen in the video.
Madonna was wearing a Nike Sports top and hotpants along with rubber socks in the video.
She also shared a round bruise on her right forearm and another one on her leg.
A minute after getting in the ice, Madonna removed a sock to show how red her skin was.
Ahlamalik then said, “That’s so you know how cold it is.”
He added, “Much much respect.”
After the cold bath, Madonna got out and went on to drink a yellow liquid from a white cup.
Madonna then said, “It’s really good to drink urine after you’ve got out of the frozen bath.”
This is not the first time Madonna has done something with her own urine.
Earlier, Madonna admitted that she peed on her own feet to ward off the athlete’s foot in the past.
