REVEALED: Manisha Koirala’s Shocking Transformation Is For Sanjay Dutt’s Biopic, To Play His Mom Nargis

In the 90s, Manisha Koirala was the reigning queen at the box office. She was one of the biggest stars who worked with all the top directors and starred in multiple hits.

But in 2012, she was diagnosed with cancer and her fight against the disease allowed her to appreciate life much more. Indeed, Manisha’s lessons from life can be made into a memoir worth reading — not just for Bollywood but for everyone.

She gave us iconic films like Khamoshi, Bombay and Dil Se. Like many other actors from the era, Manisha, too, backed away from the spotlight, which is why the news of her being diagnosed with ovarian cancer came as a bigger shock to her fans.

But now, she is back and with a bang! The Dil Se actress who has been leading a healthy lifestyle and sharing her incredible journey of conquering the disease will soon be seen in a Bollywood movie.

Yes, the 46-year-old will next be seen in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Dia Mirza.

According to reports, she will play the role of Nargis Dutt, Sanjay Dutt’s mother. Now there is a video of her doing the rounds where she is looking completely and shockingly unrecognizable.

Watch The Video Here:

There are reports it just might be during the shoot of the film. Simultaneously, Manisha is also working on Imtiaz Ali’s Dear Maya where she plays the lead role.

Still from Dear Maya:

While many thought this is how she looks in real life, fans need not worry. This is only for a movie because, in real life, she is glowing and aging gracefully as ever. Take a look.

We really hope that Manisha’s comeback vehicle is well received by masses and can’t wait for her comeback.
