Matthew Perry Says Friends Reunion Will Air In March 2021

Matthew Perry has confirmed that the Friends Reunion will be airing in March next year.

Perry was a former cast of the super hit show Friends, which aired for 10 seasons.

With this news, all I could say is that I see some good things to wait in life in times like these.

Perry is the one that plays Chandler Bing, a sarcastic character.

Perry dropped the amazing news on Twitter and fans of the hit classic New York sitcom are just wild over the good news.

Perry said in his tweet:

Friends reunion being rescheduled for the beginning of March. Looks like we have a busy year coming up. And that’s the way I like it!

In February this year, it was announced by the start of the show that there will be a reunion.

However, the plans were put on delay due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Kevin Reilly, the chief content officer of HBO Max and president of TBS, TNT, and truTV, released a statement about the reunion after the star cast confirmed it.

Reilly said:

Guess you could call this the one where they all got back together – we are reuniting with David, Jennifer, Courteney, Matt, Lisa, and Matthew for an HBO Max special that will be programmed alongside the entire Friends library. I became aware of Friends when it was in the very early stages of development and then had the opportunity to work on the series many years later and have delighted in seeing it catch on with viewers generation after generation. It taps into an era when friends – and audiences – gathered together in real time and we think this reunion special will capture that spirit, uniting original and new fans. Friends fans have been waiting a long time for this day to come, but it looks as though we’re in for a real treat.

In August this year, Jennifer Aniston said that the reunion will be exciting and fun.

Well, it looks like we would have to wait for more to witness greatness in 2021!
