Mumbai Businessman Tries To Jump Like ‘Baahubali’ Prabhas At A Waterfall, Dies

SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali series has gone down in the history of Indian film industry for its magnum opus nature and excellent plot which makes fans never get enough of the movie. The craze is in the audience for Baahubali seems to have no limits and the hype never ends for ever.

baahubali

Yes, Baahubali has become a sensation among many youngsters who imagined themselves in the gigantic characters of the film’s star cast. One particular scene in the film where Mahendra Bahubali jumps from a high waterfall and tries meet Tamannaah top was a huge hit among the youths and even a few short films were made with this inspiration.

But this scene of Baahubali left an impact on a fan of Prabhas and he lost his life in the diversion to jump from the spring.

This sounds literally as madness. But it’s true! The insanity to do movie stunts has been catching up with youth and in spite of warnings by the makers to not perform stunts and never to try them at home or in personal life without a professional training youth keep doing them.

Here is a man who got inspired by the ‘FAMOUS JUMP’ in Bahubali movie performed by Prabhas from one mountain to reach Avantika who’s present on another mountain on another side.

Like in the case of Indrapal Patil, a businessman from Mumbai. Patil who was visiting a waterfall at Mahuli Fort in Shahapur last week died after he attempted Shivudu jump from the cascading waterfall from ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’, where Prabhas makes a leap across the waterfall defying all laws of physics.

According to the Shahpur police, “these leaps are inspired by the jump in the Baahubali movie.”

Police said Patil died after he tried the Bahubali jump from a higher level of the waterfall. “We were informed by the police that he fell from a height and died. It was shocking for all of us, even more so for his wife,” his brother Mahendra told Mumbai Mirror.

According to police, this was the second such incident in the waterfall recently. They have also reported an increase in such accidents.

Every year during monsoon, we have our hands full with these incidents. Last month, a man died of a heart attack while he was trying to climb up to the waterfall’s source. The police are looking to make this waterfall, a no-entry zone,” stated a police official.

A sincere request for all the fans that they must realize that film stars perform all their stunts amid all the safety measures like expert professionals, rigs and ropes. They should not imitate stars and put themselves in danger.
