The veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is well known for countering the political mishappenings and of course, it doesn’t take much time for him to backfire on silly trolls when it is about him or his people. Starting from his loosening free words on the award-taking procedure, Rishi Kapoor is nowhere the person who stops expressing his views and exposing the truths.
Not just that, the actor has always been the center of news and controversies for one or other reasons. We all know the mishap he created because of the failure of “Jagga Jassoos”. Now, for all the bad reasons, he is once again in news and this time it is another issue which is as serious as the before one in which he passed controversial statements on Jammu and Kashmir issue.
This senior actor even made a joke on actress Sonakshi Sinha’s weight. He is this kind of person who doesn’t care about cross-checking his views before expressing them. Rishi Kapoor, on the other hand, is thrashed on social media multiple times for blindly believing in Whatsapp forward messages despite interpreting the authenticated sources nor any of such kind. For doing these edgeless things, he was brutally targeted with many jokes altogether.
Following all this backlash, the senior actor didn’t give up on his deeds, he recently, Rishi Kapoor had tweeted a picture in which a maulavi and a sadhu sharing a drink of whiskey are seen. He even captioned the image “That’s the Spirit! Divided by Faith-United by a Bottle! Merry Christmas”.

After all, coming to the facts, we would have appreciated the actor’s sarcasm, but, unfortunately, it was not as true as it looks. This is a photo-shopped picture and was exposed as a hoax a few weeks back. While the people in the picture are real, the liquid they are pouring is Kinley water and not whiskey.
Check out the real image below,
With Due Respect @chintskap Sir,
This Picture Is As Real As Most Of Bollywood People’s Love For India. Merry Christmas. 🙏🇮🇳 #MerryChristmas pic.twitter.com/WFMo3Druos

And, the bait didn’t end here. Netizens went bashing the actor for posing the fake pictures for the sake of flaunting his sarcasm. Check out the netizens’ reactions here:

Well, Rishi Kapoor ji, well tried! But, it would have been better if you had come up with a legit picture rather than a mediocre photo-bombed one.
