Nowadays, social media platforms are supposed to be used with great caution. A simple post can turn into a nightmare for you in no time. Nobody is spared from trolls, even if it is a celebrity. They are curious about all Bollywood stars and wait for an opportunity to slam them.
From the inception of social media platforms, celebrities are always under the eyes of the vicious phenomenon known as ‘Trolls’. And there are many situations where actors have often been criticized for the most trivial reasons. This is what recently happened with Saaho actress Shraddha Kapoor.
It is no secret that there is an unhealthy obsession with the weight of Bollywood actresses. From Vidya Balan to Parineeti Chopra, several leading ladies have been at the receiving end of body-shaming.
While the actresses of Bollywood are facing body shaming, again and again, Shraddha thought of posting an inspirational post featuring the international icon Marilyn Monroe. It was indeed a powerful picture with a message for all the body shamers out there.
In the picture, it is Marilyn Monroe posing in a bikini looking sexy as ever.
Here’s what Shraddha tweeted:

Shraddha Kapoor endorses a green tea brand asking the consumers to ‘reduce the belly fat’ and this is the reason why she got trolled. Shraddha’s post highlighted the fact that even though she does not have a toned belly or her thighs or her arms aren’t skinny, she is called the most beautiful women in the history.
While Shraddha’s motive appears to inspire girls to be comfortable in their own skin and not succumb to any picture to become perfect. The post is worth appreciating but trolls got offended by why she posted the picture and even called her ‘hypocrite’.
Twitter Reactions:
Then why do you promote exercise and green tea for money? Hypocrite

Well, we are sure that Shraddha’s motive was just to inspire the girls out there to be comfortable in their own skin and not run to get that perfect figure. But the trolls didn’t end taking it the same way. We wonder what Shraddha has to say about this now. What do you think of this post? Share your views with us in the comments section below.
