Bollywood didn’t recover from the loss of legendary actress Sri Devi who passed away in Dubai on 24th February. Deepika Padukone along with a lot of other celebrities paid their last respects to the Veteran actress, Sri Devi. The whole film fraternity was on the verge of tears as their beloved Chandni is no more. But what caught Twitterati’s attention is Deepika Padukone’s bag carried by some person while she was attending the funeral. Twitter lost it’s cool instantly and started shaming the actress for the same. People started taunting her and calling her names for her act at the funeral.
People started ignoring Deepika’s gesture towards the late actress and instead started trolling her for the act. Though there was nothing wrong with the picture, people started calling her insane and started slamming her as an attention seeker and her act as Celebrity Tantrums.

But unfortunately, these trollers do not know the complete story behind Deepika letting someone else carry her bag during Sri Devi’s funeral. Deepika who was constantly working for the last 1-2 years is actually suffering from a severe backache. She was actually advised to take complete rest for 3-4 months. She canceled or postponed all her movie ventures until she’s completely recovered.
During the same event, even Jacqueline Fernandez was trolled as she was captured smiling during Sri Devi’s Funeral. Though her smile was completely harmless and unintentional Twitterati didn’t leave her and shamed her for the same. When Jacqueline was asked about being trolled by the Twitterati, she simply said,
“Some trolls are baseless, I would like to say that you don’t dwell on them, you just move on,”
Is @Asli_Jacqueline insane or just don’t care or don’t realize she is at a funeral ?? smiling as if she is at an award show. If you are not sad don’t visit to show ur USELESS formalities #Sridevifuneral #RIPSridevi #Fake #Sridevi pic.twitter.com/1j8tZFm9yE

Dear @Asli_Jacqueline
If you don’t have respect for departed soul then avoid going for last rites just for the sake of media coverage. There was nothing to smile. #Sridevi was not only a actress but she was an institution of acting. A legend! Respect her.— Subrat Saurabh (@ChickenBiryanii) February 28, 2018

Celebrity Shaming is becoming widely popular in the recent days. They are being shamed for everything they do in their life. The people who troll doesn’t even what are the circumstances the actresses are going through but start to sham them with their ignorance. Truly said, Ignorance is bliss. But we should really give this shaming a break.
