Urvashi Rautela Launches Her App And Gets Trolled For Misspelling The Words ‘Android’ And ‘Official’

After Sonam Kapoor, Sunny Leone and Disha Patani, now Urvashi Rautela has launched her own app. Urvashi who represented India at Miss Universe in 2015, launched her official app on Wednesday in Mumbai.

She said the app will provide an insight into her personal life. Urvashi, partnered with US-based technology firm escapeX for the app. The actress said that she is very excited for her app as it is going to be her fans’ personal channel into her digital world.

“I am very excited for my app and this app is going to be my fans’ personal channel into my digital world. I’ve always wanted to offer my fans an exclusive and a little more, but unfortunately, I’ve been quite busy in the past. So, I’ve finally decided to launch this app,” Urvashi said in a statement.

“I will personally reply to all the messages and comments posted by the app users and my fans, and it will be available on Android and iOS platforms. It has features like live broadcast and chats, and through the app, I aim to bring the fans closer to me. It will provide an insight into my life. From my workout routine to my favorite food, so I’m extremely excited,” she added.

While the actress never misses a chance to be in controversies, she managed to get into one soon after she launched her app. When she posted updates on Instagram her fans were quick to point out the mistakes in them.

Here’s what she posted:

She soon received flack from her fans for wrong spellings. She was trolled by the Instagrammers for getting the spelling of ‘Android’ wrong. The people also mocked the actress for launching her own app. In one of the posts, the word ‘Official’ was misspelled as ‘Offical’ and the other had the word ‘Android’ misspelled as ‘Adroid’.

Here are some comments we got hold of. While some complained of not being able to see the link or download it, some trolled the lady for getting the spellings wrong.

But what we observed was, one, she was trolled heavily and two, the troll comments on the pictures were disappearing very quickly!

The former International pageant winner Urvashi Rautela, was recently awarded the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award under the ‘Best Promising Performer’ category for her special song, Saara Zamaana from Kaabil.
