Ayushmann Khurrana, Director Amar Kaushik, and Producer Dinesh Vijan to be investigated by the police for possible cheating case in “Bala”

Ayushmann Khurrana, an actor in the Bollywood industry, Director Amar Kaushik and Producer Dinesh Vijan from Maddock Films, were called in by the Thane Police after a cheating complaint was filed against the three.

The Thane Police said that 39-year-old film director Kamalkant Nanak Chandra filed the cheating complaint.

Kamal Kant Chandra filed a criminal complaint under Indian Penal Code sections 420 and 406 Amar Kaushik, Dinesh Vijan, and Ayushmann Khuranna.

A memorandum was sent to Amar Kaushik, Dinesh Vijan, and Ayushmann Khuranna by the Kashmira Police Station.

Kamalkant Nanak Chandra, a 39-year-old Director, who lives in Mira Road, which is a suburb of Mumbai, registered the complaint at the Kashmira Police Station.

The complaint was registered in connection with Bala.

Chandra said he was working on the script of a movie that was going to be directed by him.

Chandra added he sent a copy of the script to Ayushmann on his WhatsApp.

The actor then passed the script to Dinesh and Amar. Chandra claims the duo based the movie on his script.

The incident caused financial loss to Mr. Chandra, who said he felt like he was cheated by the 3 men.

Acting upon the complaint that was registered by Director Kamalkant Nanak Chandra, the police have called in Amar Kaushik, Dinesh Vijan, and Ayushmann Khuranna.

The police want to know what the trio has to say about the incident.

The police added that if Amar Kaushik, Dinesh Vijan, and Ayushmann Khuranna fail to come to the police station, necessary action will be done.

The legal team of Ayushmann rejected the claims of the 39-year-old director and said that their script is original.
