Nava Manmadhudu is a story of a guy (Dhanush) who belongs to a middle-class family. He loves Amy Jackson in his young age but, his parents oppose his love since Amy Jackson belongs to other community and she has a rich family background. They arrange a marriage for Dhanush with Samantha.
