Oppo, the Chinese smartphone makers has finally launched Oppo A53 smartphone in China. The smartphone was certified by TENAA earlier this month and now it goes official. Oppo A53 is a mid-range smartphone launched by the company in China today. Last month, Oppo has unveiled the A33 smartphone in China which was priced around Rs 15,500, and today the company has launched another smartphone namely Oppo A53 in China. However, Oppo has not yet revealed the price range and availability details of the new smartphone.
Like many other recent smartphones launched by Oppo, the A53 smartphone is a mid-range handset that comes with pretty good specifications and features. One of the amazing features of the smartphone is its unique metal body alongside 2.5D curved glass on the front. Let us take a quick look at the specifications of the new Oppo A53 smartphone.
Specifications
Display: The Oppo A53 features a 5.5-inch HD display with a pixel resolution of 720 x 1280pixels that comes with 2.5D curved glass and a pixel density of 267ppi.
Processor: The handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor clocked at 1.5GHz.
RAM: The Oppo A53 smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM.
Storage: On the Storage front, the smartphone sports 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded via microSD card. It has not mentioned the maximum capacity of the expandable memory.
Operating System: The device runs ColorOS 2.1 based on Android 5.1 out-of-the-box.
Camera: The new Oppo A53 comes equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with CMOS sensor and LED flash while a 5-megapixel front-facing camera is also on board.
