5 Simple Home Exercises To Get Rid Of Back Pain Easily

Back pain is the most horrible thing most of us are facing these days. Due to their work stress, people can`t avoid back pain, which is a never ending thing. Even in work if we follow some tips we can avoid this back pain. But practically speaking people who are workaholics cannot escape from this pain.

There are some exercises or angles that you need to do in order to get rid of back pain. Come let us see these exercise angles that can help you get relief from back pain.

Exercise 1:

Lie on your back and fold your legs at knees. With the legs bent rotate your legs in 180 degrees. Repeat this exercise for 10 minutes.

Exercise 2:

Stand straight and stretch your legs apart and bend towards your left feet and right feet. Do this alternatively for 10 minutes every day.

Exercise 3:

Lie on your back and fold your legs at knees. Take both the legs towards your torso and wait for 2 seconds. Do this repeatedly for 10 to 15 minutes.

Exercise 4:

Lie on your back and bend your legs at knees. Then hold one leg and bring towards your torso. Hold it for 15 minutes and repeat this with another leg also.

Exercise 5:

Lie on your back and fold your legs at knees. Stretch on of your legs towards the roof and shift the other leg. Do this exercise with both the legs. This can be done for 10 minutes.
