Add Salt To Regular Products To Get Ultimate Results For Hair & Skin – Check Now

Have you ever thought of adding salt to your daily life? Don`t get me wrong!!! What I mean is adding salt to some regular products and getting ultimate results. We can use salt in many ways, and they are very useful to us in improving hair and skin care. Salt can work magically when added to some ingredients. If you still can’t believe me, then you can join me here to see what were they.

Face Mask:

Add one or two tablespoon salt to 4 spoons honey and blend it together to make a spreadable paste. Then apply it on your face, especially dry skin. Be careful that you don`t spread it very near to your eyes. Leave it for 15 – 20 minutes. Now slowly remove this mask using some wet cloth. By doing this, your skin becomes smooth, and it puts an end to irritation. As both salt and honey are anti-inflammatory they both together work great on your skin:

Body Scrub:

Take 1/4th cup of salt and add it to half cup olive oil or coconut oil and make it into a thick paste. You can just scrub your skin using this paste. This can prevent dead skin and help your skin from dehydration.

Anti Dandruff Scalp Treatment:

Sprinkle some salt on your scalp and using wet fingers, massage your scalp. Do this for 15 minutes continuously. Then wash your hair with shampoo. By doing this, the scalp will be dandruff free and healthy. Results from this are very immediate.

Teeth Whitener:

Take one tablespoon salt and two tablespoons baking powder. Mix them both and use it as tooth powder. Brush your teeth with this powder regularly. You can also add some regular toothpaste to it. This will make your teeth strong and white.

Mouth Wash:

Mix both salt and baking soda half spoon and add half cup water to it. Then let the salt dissolve. Now swish this solution in your mouth for 10 minutes. Salt can kill bacteria in your mouth and prevent bad breath.
