For some people falling asleep is a tough task. They won’t get proper sleep. It is known to everyone that an ideal human being should get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Stopping the brain acts during nights is difficult for most of us.
When we are awake, all our senses are going to work. Only when we sleep, we will make all the senses quite and give them rest. For those people who have the problem of sleeping will have many other adverse effects.
Why is this happening? Dr. Andrew Weil is Harvard graduate and studies about meditation. Andrew says that you can compress your stress levels by concentrating on your breath. In this process when you inhale and exhale your brain stops working and stays in a soothing stage.
She also says that breath through your nose for four seconds, hold it for few seconds say 7 or 8 seconds and exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds. This is the process that makes your brain relaxed and eases you to sleep.
By doing this, your heart rate reduces and releases chemicals in brain and calms you down. You may try it once and see how it works.
Within your fourth or fifth cycles, you fall asleep concentrating on your breath. In less than 60 seconds you will be in a deep sleep.
In the beginning, you may feel it is not working, but later on when you train your brain, continuously you feel it very comfortable.
