A 2 years and 6-month-old boy was found dead in a compartment inside the bed of his parents in Burail, Chandigarh.

According to the father of the minor, the boy was placed inside the box bed as her mother went on to run away with her lover.

Dashrath, the father of the victim, came to his house at the village to find that his 2-year-old boy and wife were missing.

Dashrath, who works as an electrician, initially thought that his son and wife went to the house of their in-laws.

But when he called his wife, the wife told her that the 2-year-old boy was inside the compartment of the box bed.

The mother reportedly placed a glove in the mouth of the boy so he wouldn’t make loud noises.

When Dashrath opened the box bed, he found his son motionless.

He later called the police and told them that his wife murdered his son and went on to run with her lover.

The police registered a case of murder against the wife at Sector 34 in Chandigarh.

An investigation has been launched to find the mother and her lover.

As of now, the whereabouts of the mother and her lover are still unknown.
