Bur Dubai: A 33-year-old man has been sentenced to 6 months in Jail by the Dubai Court of First Instances for sexually abusing a 5-year-old by in a villa in Dubai.

The man will also be deported after he serves his time in a Dubai Jail.

The 33-year-old Indian man, whose identity was not shared with the public, reportedly hugged the 5-year-old boy from behind and touched him inappropriately.

The 24-year-old uncle of the boy saw the entire incident.

The Gulf News reported that the Dubai Court of First Instance sentenced the 33-year-old, who works as an electrician, to 6 months in jail, which will be followed by deportation.

The 5-year-old Indian boy told the investigating officers that the man touched him inappropriately when he was playing outside the villa.

The uncle of the boy reportedly rushed to the scene and pushed the maniac away.

The 24-year-old man saw the entire incident.

He said, “I was busy on the phone. But when I got free, I saw the man hugging him from behind and touching him while recording it on his mobile phone.”

He added, “I alerted the boy’s father and the accused escaped from the villa. We alerted Dubai Police and searched for the defendant until we found him near a mosque.”

The man is currently facing charges for sexually abusing the 5-year-old Indian Boy.
