In videos and images that were shared on Social Media, you can see how messy the streets were and how full they were with trash.
Smoke was also seen in the sky, after Indians used fireworks and other burning substances during their Diwali celebration.
A video that was shared on social media shows the India Square, which is a commercial district in the Journal Square and Marion Section Neighborhoods Jersey City, left full with trash after the 2019 Diwali Celebrations.
Another video shows people standing on the roadside as water is used to clean the huge amount of trash littered on the road.
In the video, you can also see a police car patrolling the area.
