Baahubali-2 Bags Massive Rs 625 Crores Within 4 Days Of Release, Breaks Every Target In Sight

There’s no going back neither slowing down. The mighty Indian project Baahubali-2 is tethering the immense heights in every possible way. There were days when people used to believe that Rs 500 crores are a number only Bollywood can reach. Two years back, SS Rajamouli‘s Baahubali-The Beginning proved it wrong, the movie has broken every possible record garnering fame and dignity to the Indian cinema.

The first part has earned critical reception and amusing box office collections hitting more than Rs 600 crores and surprisingly, the sequel has reached this mark within the first four days. The total box office collections as per the sources are Rs 625 crores. Baahubali-The Beginning is currently the third highest grossing movie in India, and it is transparently clear that the sequel is going to be the highest grossing Indian film, days ahead.

Starting as a regional movie, this movie’s excellence has prevailed across the whole country, like a wildfire. Now, the sequel is on, and people got their answers for the intriguing questions like  ‘Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali?’ (WKKB), it must be said that Rajamouli doubled the satisfaction of the people by getting hold of the curiosity.

Coming to the box office details, Baahubali-2 has managed to collect the grossRs 490 crores within India when Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu versions are included. Whereas the net collections are Rs 388.25 crores. On the other side, the movie has earned more than Rs 135 crore in the overseas market within four days.

Detailing the breakdown of the collections, trade analyst, and industry tracker, Ramesh Bala tweeted “#Baahubali2 4 Days WW BO – Estimates: India Gross – Rs 490 crore; Overseas – Rs 135 crore. Total – Rs 625 crore.”
