It is believed that a patient took the video of the other 11 people.
The video was captured in the Jalandhar Civil Hospital.
The patients can be seen clapping and raising their hands in the air as they listen to a Punjabi song that was being played on a television in their isolation ward.
All of the patients in the video could be seen sitting in their beds and enjoying the song.
Talking about the video, Kashmiri Lal, the senior medical officer at the Jalandhar civil hospital, said:
“All of the patients maintained social distancing. They did not gather or dance to the song. They are counselled that they have nothing to worry about. They will be alright and will soon go home as other patients have been fully cured.”
Mr. Lal said they installed a television in the ward so the patients could take their minds off from the deadly disease.
It is extremely good to see such a good mentality amidst the coronavirus patients.
