Indian Father Rapes Own 16-Year-Old Daughter Multiple Times And Filmed Everything

Mumbai, India: A 34-year-old man was arrested from Mumbai, India, for sexually assaulting his 16-year-old daughter on multiple occasions and filming the horrible acts on his personal smartphone.

The incident came to light after the teenager approached the local police along with a neighbor and lodged a complaint against her father on September 24, 2020.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the girl was staying with her biological father after the death of her mother.

The police also seized 7 clips of the rape from his personal smartphone.

According to the police complaint, the father of the girl molested her and later began sexually assaulting her when the 2 were alone at their house.

The father also filmed the acts.

The heartless father also threatened to burn her daughter alive if she revealed the incident to anybody in their family or local area.

The identity of the minor was not revealed due to legal reasons.

The father was arrested on the same day and was booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code along with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Information Technology (IT) Act.

The police confirmed the incident and released a statement about the incident.

The statement reads:

The girl’s mother died in 2016, and she stayed with her father and 18-year-old brother. The accused never missed a chance to assault her sexually. When she couldn’t handle the situation furthermore, she finally spoke about the assault with one of her neighbours, who took her to the police station to lodge a complaint.

During the probe, the police seized his mobile phone and recovered the videos to prove that he was raping his own daughter.

The officials are now trying to find out if the heartless father shared the horrible videos on social media or sent them to his friends or family members.

The teen was given to the close family members so she could be taken care of properly.
