The birth took place on a special Secunderabad to the Howrah train.
Saira Fatima, the 32-year-old woman, began to experience labor pain when the train approached the Khurda Road Station in Odisha on the morning of Wednesday.
After finding of the incident, the Railway authorities halted the train and called on the local emergency responders, who arrived just on time to aid the delivery.
According to reports, an ambulance was also arranged to transport the mother and baby to a hospital.
As of writing this blog, the mother and the baby are both in stable and good conditions.

According to a report that was released last month by PTI, around 30 children have been born on the Shramik Special trains since the beginning of May.
That’s some real information right there.
On May 1, 2020, the Shramik special trains begun with their duties to help migrant workers that got stranded in different parts of India during the coronavirus pandemic and strict lockdown measures of India.
The main goal of the train is to help the workers get back to their homes.
Earlier this week, Minister Goyal announced that the Indian Railway services have helped move over 7.5 million migrant workers and get them to their houses safely.
