Furious Passenger Bashes ‘Indigo’ On Twitter About His Misplaced Luggage, ‘Glad To Hear That’ Replies The Airlines

There are many situations that we experience in our traveling through flight journeys, sometimes there’ll be a delay in flights due to technical issues, sometimes due to weather conditions, but, here’s an incident in which the luggage of the passenger somehow reached another part of the country, unlike where he is going.

Roshan Agarwal took a flight to Calcutta, post the completion of his journey, the passenger realized that his luggage was sent to Hyderabad. Now, furious him took on to the twitter handle and tweeted: “@IndiGo6E Thank you for sending my baggage to Hyd and flying me to Calcutta at the same time. Brilliant service. #DieIndigo”.

Now here is the extension of the story which you can never expect of, the airlines’ company bluntly replied: “Glad to hear that”!

Agarwal’s Twitter thread with IndiGo airlines went viral on WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

Netizens felt for Agarwal’s trouble but could not stop laughing at the response. While few suggested that it calls for a free ticket for their “sarcastic reply”, someone also noted that thankfully he was not thrashed, with obvious reference to the incident on United Airlines that took place in last month.
