Shamsul Haq Mengnoo is 25 years old and the younger brother of an IPS officer of the Northeast cadre and belongs to south Kashmir’s Shopian who went missing on May 2018, from the Kashmir University Campus. He was pursuing bachelor’s course in Unani medicine from a government college at Zakura on the outskirts of Srinagar.
On Sunday, the death anniversary of terrorist commander, Burhan Wani. approx dozen of photographs of new recruits had been released by the terrorist group Hizbul Mujahideen after that photograph of the armed Shamsul Haq Mengnoo went viral on social media.

It is considered that, Over the last two years, the young terrorists announce their joining by releasing pictures with guns on social media, as it is in the latest trend.
