The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) successfully conducted Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main) pen and paper based test on 3rd April 2016. A large number of candidates who are looking for the admissions into Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by participating State Governments, and other Institutions applied and appeared for the examination.
Candidates who had written the exam are searching for the answer key so that they can predict the marks and estimate the results. CBSE will release JEE Mains 2016 official answer key & display OMR sheet on 18th April 2016 . Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an all India common engineering entrance examination which is conducted for admission in various engineering colleges and courses all over the country. Joint Seat Allocation Authority 2015 (JoSAA 2015) conducted the joint admission process for a total of 18 IITs, ISM Dhanbad, 32 NITs, 18 IIITs and 19 other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs). JEE Main exam has two papers, Paper-1 and Paper-2.
JEE Main Previous Year & Expected Cutoff Marks 2016:
Candidates may opt for either or both of them. Both papers contain multiple choice questions. Paper 1 is for admission to B.E./B.Tech courses. It is conducted both online and offline. JEE Main 2016 3rd April Exam Analysis:
JEE (Main) is being conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education at Centres in 129 cities in India and abroad. About 12 lakh students have appeared for Paper – 1 and Paper – 2 off-line mode.
Few questions in Physics are tricky and challenging but compared to last year this section is shade tough. Further Q. 84 (Set F) has two answers. One or two questions in Chemistry are tricky prima-facie. Compared to last year it is difficult. Q 17 (Ser F) appears to have no matching answer in choices given. Mathematics compared to last year is shade tough with few questions lengthy.
Top 2 lakh candidates of JEE Main will be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced on May 23 to fight for one of 10,000 seats in the prestigious IIT’s / ISM Dhanbad.
