Maharashtra: 3 toddlers got trapped in a car, 2 found dead

2 kids were found dead inside a car in Buldhana, Maharashtra, and officials said that the kids died of suffocation after they accidentally got trapped inside it.

Officials also found the third child inside the car, but the condition of the toddler is said to be serious.

The 3 kids are from the Gawalipura area of Buldhana and were playing outside their house on Monday evening when suddenly they went missing.

After the parents of the toddlers couldn’t find them, they decided to file a missing complaint at the local police station.

The police launched a search and rescue operation by 2 am on July 16, 2019.

After some time, the police found the three kids lying inside a car that was parked in the area.

When the police found the kids, they found 3-year-old Azim Shaikh and 5-year-old Adil Sheikh Jamil unconscious, they were declared dead afterward.

The police also found the third toddler, a 5-year-old girl. The girl was rushed to a hospital near the area, and her condition is currently serious.

The police believe that the toddlers saw the car and went inside it, but couldn’t open the doors of it after they closed its doors.

The bodies of the 2 kids have been sent for an autopsy.

The police have registered a case for the incident and have launched an investigation.
