Snakebite hospitalize Kerela hero Vava Suresh who has saved 50000 snakes
Noted wildlife hero Suresh, who is prominently known as Vava Suresh in his home state Kerala has been hospitalized after he suffered a snake bite during a rescue mission.
As per reports, the snake bit Suresh, who was in Pathanamthitta to catch the snake after he had opened the container to show the snake to people who have assembled.
Suresh, who was bitten on the middle finger, was hurried to the Kollam Medical College and from there to the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College. As per the doctors, Suresh is in stable condition now.
They have expressed worry over how his body may not respond to medicines for venom. They feel that the body of Suresh, who has a long history of enduring snake bites, may have gotten resistant to the anti-venom medicines. He has been held under observation for a period of 72 hours in the hospital.
The 46-year-old local of Thiruvananthapuram is one of Kerala’s most celebrated snake catchers. In a 2017 conversation with Indiatimes, Suresh had said that he had gotten his first cobra when he was only a school kid. Suresh, who has so far protected about 50,000 snakes from all over the state, had not long ago reported the catch and rescue of his 180th king cobra.
