B A Pass 2 Director Said That Indian Filmmakers Need To Focus on Realism in Film Scripts

B A Pass 2 director recently made a statement to IANS that the Indian filmmakers lack in realism while drafting a film script. He is not a first one to raise this issue, many audiences and popular YouTube channel like ‘Tried & Refused Production’ also spot the light on this issue before.

Shadab Khan’s new film Delhi 47 KM is going to hit the theaters soon, and during the interview of this film, he said that he always want to make a different and real-life relatable movie, which will help the audience to get involved into the film entirely. He also mentioned that his upcoming film Delhi 47 KM is all about sarcasm.

The first look of the movie also awe-inspiring, this movie is going to be based on some people who failed into their life. He said, “Whenever you watch world cinema, there is reliability factor attached to it, and it has universal appeal. When you see Indian films, you get another kind of feeling. I think we (filmmaker) lack in realism while drafting a script in India.

It works for the Indian audience, but I feel it’s a duty of filmmaker to educate the audience,”.

After the direction of the sequel of famous movie ‘BA Pass,’ this is his next project. He mentioned that this movie is going to have that reliability factor, and he added, “Today, an Iranian film does its business in almost 150 countries. So, I feel we have to make films which will do well in India, but it should also open up international market.

To achieve that, we should tone down every aspect of filmmaking which is instrumental, and there has to be some logic in script plus, settings have to be realistic”.

This movie is going to be released on July starring Rajneesh Dubey, Dolly Tomar, and Mustakeem Khan and produced by Jigar Rawal, Sachin Saxena, Rajneesh Dubey and Shadab Khan itself. He is working as a director and a writer in this movie. After seeing the first look of the film, many people are excited about this movie.
