The newly released film Goli Soda 2 is an excellent entertaining film. The film does decent when it comes to keeping the attention of the audience throughout the film.
The story revolves around, Maran (Bharath Seeni) who is a loyal driver to the North Chennai gangster Thuraimugam Thilai (Chemban Vinodh Jose), and he decides to leave his job for the sake of his ladylove Inba (Subiksha). Oli (Esaki Bharath) is a basketball player who works in a local parotta shop and aims to win a regional tournament so that he can get a job in the nearby factory but his love with an upper caste girl Madhi (Krisha) creates havoc. There is a unique auto driver Siva(Vinoth) who has swiping machine in his vehicle and even offer wifi to his customers.
The story begins when Siva tries to buy a new car, but one of the villains, the guy who gives loan runs him down. And somehow the life of all three characters get interlinked with each other. With three villains and one ex-policeman.
The movie does have a slow start and takes time to build up character. However, once everything is set movie picks up the pace. Intermission is perfectly timed between two stages of the film.
Overall the movie is a decent package of entertainment. The performance was excellent by the lead characters. Supporting roles did an outstanding job as well. Editing of Deepak is on point and brings so much more in the movie. The direction is flawless as it can capture and connect all three stories well.

#Golisoda2 – The essence is same as in the original. Though things start off slowly to establish the characters, tempo raises towards the intermission. The stage is set for the three protagonists to revolt and get back the identity. Engaging

#Golisoda2 1st half – Engaging content. Solid interval block when the conflicts build up dramatically. Three main young lead characters and their lives, with unique support characters. They wish to progress in life, but the going is tough! Technically good. @vijaymilton
