After getting success at box office and completing the shoot of his upcoming movie Satyamev Jayate, John Abraham now finally start the shoot for his next film R.A.W ( Romeo Akbar Walter ).
John Abraham’s Romeo Akbar Walter is a spy thriller film, and also according to John, it is his most challenging role. John mentioned in an interview that he is going to be in a challenging role for Romeo Akbar Walter. In this movie, John will be seen as a lead actor opposite of famous TV actress also known a Naagin, Mouni Roy.
On this Friday, John twitted, “And the journey begins!!! #RAW #RomeoAkbarWalter @vanessawalia1 @VAFilmCompany @ajay0701 @KytaProductions Robbie Grewal @redicefilms”. John Abraham and Ajay Kapoor who is a producer of Parmanu is again coming together for Romeo Akbar Walter.
This movie is going to be shoot in 2 months across Kashmir, Delhi, Nepal, and Gujrat. Ajay Kapoor mentioned in an interview that he wants to bid on concept-driven movies now because this is what audience want nowadays. He also told to media that RAW is going to be an entirely different project and they are hoping to get it successful like Paramanu.
John Abraham said to reporters, “It is exhilarating to see the amount of love ‘Parmanu’ has received. I am glad that Ajay Kapoor stood by me through the entire journey. I am excited about my next project, Romeo Akbar Walter, with him. The whole team is looking forward to it.” .
Romeo Akbar Walter is going to set in the year 1971, and according to the reports the first choice of the RAW was Sushant Singh Rajput, but due to some circumstances, they have to sign John Abraham for the film.
John Abraham another upcoming film Satyamev Jayate is set to release on 15th August along with Akshay Kumar’s Gold and Deol’s Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. John Abraham is pleased with his previous film performance on box office. The film had made a collection of around Rs 80 Crores at the box office.
Mouni Roy who is going to be seen in a lead role in Romeo Akbar Walter is also in a leading role in Akshay’s Gold.
