A 19-year-old girl who was working as a maid in one of the apartments in Mumbai commits suicide by jumping from the 18th floor of the building.
The incident happened on Monday late night. The girl who commits suicide was named Jyoti Patekar she was working as the permanent made. She was working at Posh Oberoi Splendors Building from last few months. The owner of the house is 42 year Nitin Khanna who is high-class men. Nitin Khanna is an ICICI Lombard business head.
Nitin Khanna is residing on the 18th floor of the building along with his wife and his daughter.
Why Maid Commits Suicide?
According to the reports in recent past, it was Nitin Khanna’s daughter’s birthday. On this very occasion, Nitin Khanna and his wife planned the party for their daughter. They invited all their family guest and professional guest. Nitin Khanna and his wife also bought some silver coins to distribute among the guest as a return gift on behalf of their daughter.
The whole incident started when some of the silver coins were missing. Both Nitin Khanna and his wife try their level best to search for that missing coins but when they fail to find they start blaming their maid Jyoti Patekar that she may have stolen those silver coins. The couple forced her to admit the mistake, and when she tries to defend herself, they start scolding her badly.
After all this incident Jyoti Patekar was under stress and depression from the allegations which the couples forced on her. When she fails to justify that she did not steal the coins, she decided to commit the suicide and jumps from the 18th floor of the building.
The incident took place on Monday late night. When almost every member of the apartment was sleeping.
Patekar post-mortem is being done. Jyoti Patekar relatives have arrived for her funeral from her native place. All the family member are planning to file the case against the Nitin Khanna Family for scolding the teenage girl Jyoti Patekar.
Now all the allegations are shifted to Nitin Khanna and his wife thats how badly they scold her.
