On Tuesday, 2 men were arrested for carrying 1 kilogram of heroin that is worth Rs. 5 crores. The arrest was made by the Anti-Narcotics Cell of Firozpur.

According to the Anti-Narcotic Cell Firozpur, the 1 kg of heroin was brought in India from Pakistan through the Sutlej river.

The Anti-Narcotic Cell also seized one pistol, 2 magazines, and 14 live cartridges from the two men.

Earlier this week, the BSF arrested 2 men from Firozpur for having 3.5 kilograms of Heroin. The 2 men were arrested near the Ghatti Hayat by the BSF (Border Security Force). The BSF seized 3.560 kilograms of heroin and a motorcycle.
